Refund policy
It can take your body up to a month to adjust to a weighted blanket, so we give you 100 nights to sleep under it. If you've only ever slept under regular duvets/blankets a weighted blanket will feel heavy on your body at first. Your body will go through an adjustment period so we recommend spending at least 30 days getting to know your weighted blanket.
However, we want you to rest easy and we understand everyone sleeps different. If you've given your Remy a good try and decide a weighted blanket isn't for you, it's easy to organise a return.
100 Night Trial
All of our weighted blankets have a return policy of 100 days from the date of purchase. Accessories and covers have a 14 day return policy and items on clearance are final sale. Please note final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Items on clearance are specifically stated on their respective product pages.
Returns Process
To organise a return please fill out our returns form found here. Please note that the customer is responsible for the postage of returns. We recommend our returns partner, CollectPlus, however you are free to choose your own courier if you wish. CollectPlus charge £8.50 for an express and tracked service.
Once the aforementioned form is complete our returns team will email you in 3-4 business days with instructions on returning your item(s). Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse we will process your refund. This process can take 5-7 business days.
Conditions and Packaging
Please note returned items should be in like-new condition. We understand after 100 days it is normal for a blanket to show signs of use and wear, however damaged or soiled items will be charged up to a 30% fee.
Upon returning your Remy item we ask that the item is stored in its original packaging. The original shipping box is not required, only the bag your blanket and cover came in. If the original bag is damaged or not included we may charge up to a 30% fee.
